By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms were last updated on September 15, 2025, and may be modified from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website.
Service Usage and Access Terms
1. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may:
- • Access and participate in enrolled Python training courses
- • Use provided educational materials for personal learning purposes
- • Interact respectfully with instructors and fellow students
- • Provide feedback and suggestions for course improvement
2. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- • Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons

Account Management and Access
1. Account Creation
When creating an account with PyMaster:
- • You must provide accurate and current information
- • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- • One person may not maintain multiple accounts without permission
2. Account Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- • Choosing a strong, unique password
- • Keeping login credentials secure and confidential
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Reporting suspected security breaches immediately
3. Account Suspension and Termination
PyMaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- • Violation of these Terms of Service
- • Fraudulent or illegal activity
- • Harassment of students or staff
- • Sharing account credentials or course materials
- • Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months)
We will provide notice before termination unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.
4. Multiple Account Policy
Unless explicitly authorized, each individual may maintain only one account. Corporate or institutional accounts may be subject to different terms and pricing structures.
Service Availability and Modifications
1. Service Uptime and Maintenance
We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for:
- • Scheduled maintenance and updates
- • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
- • Internet connectivity problems on your end
- • Third-party service disruptions
2. Course and Feature Availability
Course availability is subject to enrollment capacity and instructor schedules. We reserve the right to:
- • Cancel courses with insufficient enrollment
- • Reschedule courses due to instructor availability
- • Modify course content to reflect current industry standards
- • Introduce new features or discontinue outdated ones
3. Geographic Restrictions
Our services are primarily designed for users in Japan. While we welcome international students, some features may not be available in all regions due to legal or technical limitations.
4. Service Modifications and Updates
We continuously improve our services and may modify features, pricing, or terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
1. PyMaster Content Ownership
All content provided by PyMaster, including but not limited to course materials, videos, documentation, code examples, and website content, remains the intellectual property of PyMaster Co., Ltd.
- • Course materials are licensed for personal educational use only
- • Commercial use requires explicit written permission
- • Distribution or sharing of materials is prohibited
- • Reverse engineering of proprietary content is forbidden
2. Student-Generated Content Rights
Content you create during courses (projects, assignments, forum posts):
- • Remains your intellectual property
- • May be used by PyMaster for educational purposes with attribution
- • Can be featured in marketing materials with your consent
- • Must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
3. License Grants
Upon enrollment, PyMaster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- • Access and use course materials for personal learning
- • Download materials for offline study during course duration
- • Create derivative works for personal educational projects
This license terminates upon course completion or account termination.
4. Copyright and Trademark Notices
PyMaster and our logo are trademarks of PyMaster Co., Ltd. All course content is protected by Japanese and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and account termination.
Course Enrollment and Payment
1. Course Enrollment
Enrollment in PyMaster courses is subject to availability and completion of our enrollment process:
- • Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement
- • Enrollment confirmations are sent via email
- • Course materials become available after payment confirmation
- • Prerequisites must be met for advanced courses
2. Payment Terms
All course fees are stated in Japanese Yen (¥) and include applicable consumption tax:
- • Payment is due in full upon enrollment
- • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- • Corporate billing arrangements may be available
- • All transactions are processed securely through verified payment providers
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be available under the following conditions:
- • Full refund if canceled within 7 days of enrollment and before course start
- • 50% refund if canceled within first week of course
- • No refund after first week of course participation
- • Course cancellation by PyMaster results in full refund

4. Price Changes
Course prices may change without notice. However, students who have already enrolled and paid will not be subject to price increases for their enrolled courses.
