Legal Agreement and Binding Nature
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "Student," or "you") and PyMaster Co., Ltd. ("PyMaster," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms establish the legal framework for your use of our Python programming training services, website, and all related educational materials.
By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or utilizing any of our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law and are subject to the jurisdiction of Tokyo courts. These Terms were last updated on September 15, 2025, and supersede all previous versions.
User Obligations and Legal Responsibilities

You are legally obligated to:

3. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

4. Age Restrictions and Requirements

PyMaster provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

- • Guarantees of specific educational outcomes or career advancement

2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, PyMaster's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall PyMaster be liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- • Loss of data or interruption of business operations

- • Third-party claims or actions against you
3. Educational Outcome Disclaimer
While we strive to provide high-quality Python programming education, we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes, career advancement, salary improvements, or employment opportunities. Educational success depends on individual effort, prior knowledge, practice, and market conditions beyond our control.
4. Third-Party Services and Content
Our services may include links to or integration with third-party websites, services, or content. PyMaster is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
5. Force Majeure Provisions
PyMaster shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of PyMaster services shall be governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan, for all legal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
2. Dispute Resolution Procedures
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through the following process:
- 1. Contact PyMaster customer support to discuss the issue informally
- 2. If unresolved within 30 days, engage in good-faith mediation
- 3. Mediation shall be conducted in Tokyo by a mutually agreed mediator
- 4. Only after unsuccessful mediation may formal litigation be pursued
3. Statute of Limitations
Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms or your use of PyMaster services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
4. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
5. Terms Modification Policy
PyMaster reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will provide notice of material changes through:
- • Email notification to registered users
- • Prominent notice on our website homepage
- • In-course announcements for enrolled students
Continued use of our services after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Assignment and Transfer
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without PyMaster's prior written consent. PyMaster may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.
7. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and PyMaster regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.
Regulatory Compliance and Legal Requirements

2. Educational Standards
Our courses are designed to meet industry standards for Python programming education. However, PyMaster is not an accredited educational institution, and our courses do not confer academic credits or degrees.
3. Consumer Protection Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Japanese consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer, you may be entitled to additional protections that cannot be waived by agreement.
