By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or utilizing any of our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

While we strive to provide high-quality Python programming education, we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes, career advancement, salary improvements, or employment opportunities. Educational success depends on individual effort, prior knowledge, practice, and market conditions beyond our control.

4. Third-Party Services and Content

Our services may include links to or integration with third-party websites, services, or content. PyMaster is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

5. Force Majeure Provisions

PyMaster shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of PyMaster services shall be governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan, for all legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Dispute Resolution Procedures

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

  2. 2. If unresolved within 30 days, engage in good-faith mediation
  3. 3. Mediation shall be conducted in Tokyo by a mutually agreed mediator
  4. 4. Only after unsuccessful mediation may formal litigation be pursued

3. Statute of Limitations

Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms or your use of PyMaster services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.

4. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5. Terms Modification Policy

PyMaster reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will provide notice of material changes through:

  • • In-course announcements for enrolled students

Continued use of our services after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Assignment and Transfer

7. Entire Agreement
